Greenhouse farming is thus an effective technique used in crop production which is a responsible for the growth of agricultural business. Organic farming or agriculture is another technique which uses natural compost, manure, crop rotation method and biological and environment friendly pesticides and fertilizers.
Government organizations have made a mandatory set of regulations which has to be followed while doing organic farming. This farming uses scientific and ecological methods of farming to increase biodiversity and maintain ecological balance. Organic farming uses crop rotation as an effective method of farming in crop production which helps in overall agricultural development. These techniques eventually help in water saving and propesr management of water which is essential in the modern world. Modernization has led to variety of crops, foods and raw materials in agriculture. Changing climatic conditions, limited rainfall, global warming and other environmental issues have hampered agriculture in recent times. To overcome this, sustainable and modern agricultural techniques like monoculture, polyculture, intercropping, multiple cropping and green house agriculture are adopted by many farmers worldwide.
